Bath Time

The other day, we gave the boys a bath together. We don't do this very often since they go to bed at different times, but we did baths in the morning last weekend so it worked out. Also, I apparently am the mother to two major hams...

Forrest was watching Christopher, Christopher as entertaining him as usual.

 

Yes, this happened. I had just washed their hair. Forrest is great with the water. The next picture is his immediate reaction.

Yeah, I'm cool. I just got water dumped on my head!

Birthday Party!

We had a joint birthday party for the boys on the 13th at a park in Salinas. We were worried about the weather since it was raining the week of, but it turned out to be a beautiful day. The kids had a great time.

 Forrest got another tooth in a few days after the party.

Christopher decided to give his cousins a ride in his and Forrest's new wagon (Thank you Bama and Pop Pop Wing!)

Then it was present time. Christopher was great, he let the other kids help with unwrapping the gifts and they all had a great time.

And a little bonus celebration on Christopher actual birthday, Sunday the 14th. Since he shared the birthday party, we made Sunday ALL about him :)

Pumpkins!

It's that time of year again! Last Sunday we took the boys out to get pumpkins. I had Forrest in the carrier and was trying to get some shots. I love this one :)

We had told Christopher he would have to be able to pick up his pumpkin to get it. So he went right to town trying to pick them up...

Very quickly we realized that wasn't a fair rule.

So we went back to it till he found one he liked and that daddy could pick up :)

He loved the big ones!!

The best I could get with the sun, the jump house, the pumpkins, the other kids around...

The best David could get.... Forrest wasn't having it, Christopher said the sun was too bright.... 

 

And he HAD to go in the jump house... 

Patient as always, just watching and relaxing...
